Our story

Brisbane, 2013.

A handful of senior engineers looked at the Australian software landscape and saw a gap: good mid-sized businesses were being forced to choose between enterprise consultancies (expensive, slow, overheads everywhere) and freelancer platforms (cheap, unstable, disappearing).

They wanted something in between. Professional, senior, accountable, but small enough that the owner still knew every person on the project. So they built a third thing: a senior-led team that stays on for the long arc, works directly with clients, and ships to the same standard whether the scope is a six-week validation build or a five-year platform.

Thirteen years later, that's still the company. The tools have evolved; we built our own AI delivery tooling in 2023 to keep the quality bar climbing as we take on more complex work.
